Drill Sergeant Mode — you want control. See the full workout before you queue. Swap exercises, adjust reps, tweak weights. Approve the plan, then execute it round by round.

Progressive Weight Loading

For weighted exercises, Killogram tracks your current weight and adjusts it based on perceived effort. Rate a set too easy? Weight goes up by the equipment-appropriate increment.
