10-Tier Exercise Progression

Every exercise has up to 10 difficulty tiers. You start where you are and progress based on perceived effort feedback — not arbitrary timers or rep counts.

Rate an exercise too easy? You move up. Too hard? You move down. The system remembers your level for every exercise independently.

It Learns What You Like

Swap out an exercise and Killogram remembers. The one you removed gets a preference penalty (-1). The one you picked gets a boost (+1). Over time, your workout becomes uniquely yours.

Preference scores range from -3 to +3 and persist across sessions. The planner reads these scores when selecting exercises, so your favorites appear more often.
