20-Muscle Recovery Map
Before every session, see the real-time recovery status of all 20 tracked muscles. Each muscle shows its current fatigue percentage and a color-coded status.
Dual-bar display: fast (metabolic) and slow (structural) recovery components. Real-time countdown shows time until each muscle enters the optimal Ready zone.
The AI reads this map when selecting exercises — fatigued muscles get deprioritized, fresh muscles get targeted.
Weekly Bucket Progress
Six training buckets — Push, Pull, Legs, Core, Cardio, Mobility — each with a weekly ES (Effective Set) target determined by your fitness goal.
The training preview shows how much volume you've accumulated this week. Low buckets get prioritized in exercise selection. Cardio uses its own Cardio Credit metric instead of ES.
Think of it as a weekly training balance sheet. The AI auto-corrects imbalances over time.

In Drill Sergeant mode, the training preview shows your full workout plan with progress indicator. See which exercise is next in the queue and what's coming after.
In Simple mode, it shows a prediction of likely exercises for your next round based on current bucket scores, fatigue levels, and modifier pipeline output.
